City Of South Fulton Mayor’s Community Walk

Mayor’s Community Walk is a monthly activity focused on increasing access to City services, improved community relations, and proactively addressing community issues.

The purpose of the walk is to introduce the community to administrative leaders and identify key issues and concerns of the community. At the end of the walk, participants will listen to a roll call that lists issues or needs identified during the event. The City will publish a report shortly after the walk, that summarizes the problems, their status and what departments are responsible for resolution. The report will then be sent to each department or agency for follow up.

The Mayor's Community Walk team will follow up with the identified agencies in a 30, 60, and 90-day check-in period and will then update the community at each checkpoint period or until all issues have been resolved.

Other walk participants include community organizations, merchant organizations, administrative personnel and residential stakeholders including Home Owner Associations.

2nd Walk: Old National Corridor-Wednesday, June 27th
